With my new insurance in place, I wanted to try a new doctor and booked an appointment with Dr. Barrah ASAP based on great reviews. I was not disappointed in the least. Waiting room was an hour, but I understood as soon as I met him. He is the most genuine, personable doctor I've ever met. In the time he spent with me, besides my health, we talked about writing, traveling and what it means to pursue your dream. Dr. Barrah is truly someone that cares about his patients and I can't wait for my next appointment
The doctor and nurse I saw were both very friendly and professional. I had to bring up some slightly embarrassing problems and they treated them politely and seriously. Only downside was that I had to wait about half an hour to see the nurse then got sent back to the waiting room to wait another 15 minutes for the doctor.
Honestly I think this group of people deserve great recognition. Also an upgrade in equipment and to work in a newly renovated better looking place with all the best, because they are some of the best group of people I have encountered in a while. From the moment you walk into the waiting area the receptionists are dynamite and so warm and comforting. Very attentive as well as professional. Then once I met the doctors both Dr.Barrah and Dr.Danclar they were awesome and quite the comedians. I almost forgot I was getting blood work done, and things of that sought because of the good time I had at my, yes my doctor's office. I have made these doctor's my primary doctors from here on out.
WOW! I chose Dr. Barrah not only because he had such high ratings on Zocdoc, but because of the lengthy, GLOWING reviews other patients had left in the comment section, and I’m happy to say, I’m no exception, and glad to say why Dr. Barrah is a fantastic doc in every sense of the word! His bedside manner is INCREDIBLE- he couldn’t have been more friendly, comforting, informative, or professional. He absolutely took his time with me, and his professional knowledge was apparent in the first five minutes. His staff, too, could not have been any more friendly or helpful, including during follow up calls. I will 100% see Dr. Barrah again, and would recommend him to my loved ones and strangers alike.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Barrah and it was terrific!!! I was pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of his staff which was quite refreshing. Dr. Barrah's overall demeanor was phenomenal. Informative, knowledgeable, concerned, professional, courteous, with a willingness to listen to my questions!!! Finally, I have found the Doctor and Personnel worth every second spent waiting in the Waiting Room!!!
Dr. Benjamin Barrah was amazing. I went to him after being dismissed twice by doctors in the emergency room at another hospital. They told me it was a stomach virus but when I went to Dr. Barrah he was able to diagnose that I had gallstones in less than a 5-minute conversation. Super grateful to him. He listens to his patients.
I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the wonderful care and treatment my mother received while under your care for diverticulitis bleeding during her recent stay at your hospital. My family and I were very impressed at the level of professionalism exhibited by all the staff and the tremendous standard of care my mother received.
